About Me
Hi, I'm Stephanie!
A Coloradoan, Born and Raised, and a mother of three. I am deeply passionate about supporting women to and through their womb/birth experiences. I vow to guide birthing persons through the threshold of transition, create safe space, and honor their intuition. Through selfless service, resources, support, and healing touch we can come back to the ancient way of honoring the bringers of life, as they transform and process the rawness of their birth.
My own births, loss, and postpartum experiences have led me to this sacred living movement, and desire to help cultivate a nourishing pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience for all. (Whether you are expecting, had a baby yesterday, or 40 years ago). I also have a passion for supporting those who have experienced or are facing loss.
After completing a Bachelors in Science from CSU, I chose to pursue more holistic education and became A Registered Yoga Teacher. Working my way to an E-RYT 200 Status, with multiple continuing education credits through the Yoga Alliance. Including Postpartum Yoga, Baby & Me, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. If you have ever had me for a yoga class you know I'm passionate about the pelvic floor and breath awareness. I'm a Red Drum Carrier & Leader, Steamy Chick certified in peristeam facilitation, and studying peristeam hydrotherapy. I also am trained and certified through The Matrona as a holistic birth and postpartum doula, and believe in the innate nature of birth. With my training from Sacred Living Movement as a Mother Roaster, and Birth Arts International, I hope to support you in all the ways I can, and refer out when more support is needed to any of the amazing providers we have here in Colorado.
When not teaching yoga or chasing my wild triad of daughters, I can be found in the kitchen cooking with love, baking bread, and in the late afternoon trying to nap in a sunbeam with my pets.
Offering service to Boulder, Larimer County, and surrounding areas in Colorado. Sliding scale pricing/ barter & trade payment plans accepted for services to ensure that no mama is without support.
