About Me

   Hi, I'm Stephanie!
A Coloradoan, Born and Raised,  and a mother of two, I am deeply passionate about supporting womxn on the other side of birth. I vow to guide birthing persons through the threshold of transition, create safe space, and honor their intuition.  Through selfless service, resources, support, and healing touch we can come back to the ancient way of honoring the bringers of life, as they process the rawness of their birth.

My own births, loss, and postpartum experiences have led me to this sacred living movement, and desire to help cultivate a nourishing postpartum experience for all, whether you had a baby yesterday, or 40 years ago. I also have a passion for supporting those who have experienced or are facing loss.

After completing a Bachelors in Science from CSU, I chose to pursue more holistic education and became A Registered Yoga Teacher. Working my way to an E-RYT 200 Status, with multiple continuing education credits through the Yoga Alliance. Including Postpartum Yoga, Baby & Me, Yin, and Yoga Nidra.  If you have ever had me for a yoga class you know I'm passionate about the pelvic floor and breath awareness. I hope to support you in all the ways I can by combining my passion for continuing education, my faith and spirit work medicine.

When not teaching yoga or chasing my Mowgli toddlers, I can be found in the kitchen cooking with love, baking bread, and in the late afternoon trying to nap in a sunbeam, still in my pajamas.

Offering service to Boulder and Larimer County, Colorado.  I offer sliding scale pricing on my services to ensure that no mama is without support.

Home Visits

The transition into Mother is one of the biggest life changes we experience.  Whether that is for the first time or the seventh, each time we become mother,  a layer of spiritual awakening and growth occurs.

Beyond the gifts of the baby shower, the mother deserves real presence, celebration and deep honoring of this life milestone.

With many options and packages available to suit your families specific needs, whether that is a week full of support, just a day, or a specific service two, I am excited to provide the vital care that you need.

Herbal Supports

On the other side of birth, I feel truly blessed to offer warming techniques and recipes rooted in Ayurveda as Mama's heal their bodies, and begin to seal the rawness of her birth experience.

With a wide variety of hand crafted organic herbal tinctures, salves, sitz baths, oils, infusions, blended teas, herbal steams and moxa,  Mama's will be supported with plant medicines, nourishing meals, and healing touch.
