What is Lean On Me?
Investment: $3,800
After birth, most people get a lasagna and a “let me know if you need anything” text.
You need more than that. You need someone to come to you, warm your body, feed you real food, listen to how it really went, and help you find your footing.
Lean On Me is a seven-week, in-home postpartum doula package for families in Longmont and Boulder County. Once a week, I come to your home for 2.5 hours with a home-cooked meal, Ayurvedic bodywork, postpartum teas and herbs, and real support.
After 10 years as a birth doula, I’ve put postpartum at the center of my work.
The journey
Your seven visits: Root to Rise
Each visit has its own purpose. We start at your feet in week one and work our way up through your body, closing with a birth sealing ceremony just past your first 40 days. Together, the visits tell one story, which is why the package stays whole.
Warming the Roots
Week 1
A warm herbal foot soak in my copper basin, foot and ankle massage with warm oil, brothy soup and tea, and time to tell your birth story.
Moving the Waters
Week 2
Dry brushing and lymph work for swelling, warm-oil Abhyanga for your lower body, and a check-in on feeding and sleep.
Warming the Womb
Week 2
Belly and low-back warming, which may include moxa and a traditional belly binding wrap, plus herbal sitz care when your body is ready.
Tending the Fire
Week 4
Gentle abdominal massage, full-body Abhyanga, and food that helps your digestion rebuild.
Holding the Holder
Week 5
Care for your shoulders, neck, arms, and hands, the muscles that feed and carry your baby, and a real check-in on how you are doing.
Clearing the Mind
Week 6
Calming head and scalp oiling, support for sleep, and your personal list of people to call for what comes next.
Closing the Circle
Week 7
A birth sealing ceremony with warm oil and rebozo wrapping from head to feet, and a meal to celebrate you.
Everything I do is chosen for your body, your birth, and your healing. If you had a cesarean, belly work is adapted for you.
The food
Postpartum meals made for healing
Every visit comes with a warm, home-cooked meal made for postpartum recovery: enough for you, your partner, and leftovers. I cook with organic, local, seasonal ingredients whenever I can.
And I’ll tell you why each meal matters, because what you eat in these weeks is how your body rebuilds. I don’t do drop-off meal delivery. The food comes with the care.
The details
The package is the package.
Lean On Me is offered as one complete journey. It isn’t split into fewer visits, rearranged, or built to order. If you need something different, like overnight help or a shorter stretch of care, I’m happy to point you to wonderful people in my network who do exactly that.

As early in pregnancy as you can. I care for two families at a time, so spots go by due date, first come, first served.

Many families keep going with Ayurvedic bodywork in my Longmont treatment room. Others are ready to fly on their own, and that’s the goal.

I’ll reach out to you personally, and your package becomes bereavement support with me.
