Part 1: Terms of Use
1. Educational Content, Not Medical Advice
Articles, videos, downloads, and all other content on this website are for education and general information only. They are not medical advice and do not replace care from your physician, midwife, or other licensed provider. Stephanie is not a medical provider. Always ask your own provider about your health, your pregnancy, and your baby. In an emergency, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.
2. Intellectual Property
All text, photographs, videos, recordings, recipes, handouts, curriculum, graphics, logos, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of Stephanie Krueger Domingue and Rocky Mountain Mother, unless otherwise noted. You may view and share links to our content. You may not copy, download, reproduce, sell, adapt, teach, republish, or create anything based on our content without written permission.
3. Using This Website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose; to attempt to access accounts, content, or systems you are not authorized to use; to share login credentials; or to post or submit anything that is false, harmful, harassing, or infringes on someone else's rights. Rocky Mountain Mother may restrict or end access for anyone who violates these terms.
4. Testimonials and Submissions
Reviews, testimonials, comments, and messages you send may be used by Rocky Mountain Mother only with your permission, as described in the Client Agreement. Results described in testimonials are personal experiences and are not a promise of any outcome.
5. Links to Other Websites
This website links to other providers, products, and resources as a courtesy. Rocky Mountain Mother does not control and is not responsible for the content, services, or privacy practices of other websites.
Part 2: Terms & Conditions of Purchase
6. Services and Bookings
Submitting an inquiry or booking form does not reserve a spot. Services and ceremonies are confirmed only when the Rocky Mountain Mother Client Agreement and the Service Page for that offering are signed and payment is received. The Client Agreement and Service Pages govern all services, including payment, cancellation, and refund terms. Prices shown on the website may change at any time, but never for a service you have already paid for.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Rocky Mountain Mother does not store your full card number. If you choose a pay-later option at checkout, that agreement is between you and that provider.
8. On-Demand Video Library
A library purchase or subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to watch the videos in your own household for as long as your access is active. You may not share your login, download, screen-record, copy, or post any videos. Videos may be updated, added, or removed at any time. Digital purchases are non-refundable once accessed. If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date, and your access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
9. Products
Herbal products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Products may be made in a kitchen that is not state-licensed or inspected and that handles tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and shellfish. Read all labels, patch-test topical products, and check with your provider before using herbs during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or with medications. Stop using any product that causes a reaction. Consumable products (teas, herbs, salves, oils, and steam blends) are final sale. Unopened, non-consumable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are not refunded. Sales tax is collected where required.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This website and its content and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocky Mountain Mother is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, its content, or its products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or content in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless Rocky Mountain Mother and Stephanie Krueger Domingue from any claims, losses, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from your use of this website, your violation of these terms, or your misuse of any content or product.
